BHC OFFICE POLICIES & PROCEDURES

CDC recommends that if you have respiratory virus symptoms you should stay home and avoid contact with others for at least 24 hours after both are true: your symptoms are getting better overall, and you do not have a fever (and are not using fever-reducing medications).

Please contact your provider to change your appointment to telehealth or reschedule if you have any symptoms of illness or have/had a fever within the last 24 hours.

Please wear a mask and maintain social distancing if you have been in recent contact with someone diagnosed with a respiratory virus.

Keep in mind that you may still be able to spread the virus that made you sick, even if you are feeling better. You are likely to be less contagious at this time, depending on factors like how long you were sick or how sick you were.

We continue to follow recommended cleaning and disinfecting protocols to keep our offices clean and safe for clients and employees.

We will continue to offer both in-person and telehealth services. Your therapist will discuss with you which mode of therapy is best suited to each individual’s needs. The terms of your insurance coverage may also affect the modes of therapy available.

Please note: BHC follows and complies with all state and federally mandated procedures.
