Behavioral Healthcare Consultants is seeking a mutual fit with a licensed psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, or licensed marriage and family therapist.

Master’s level therapists with an associate license who have at least one year’s experience working in community mental health and/or an outpatient clinic where you have carried your own independent caseload are also encouraged to apply. We encourage licensed psychologists interested in engaging in a blend of therapy and assessment and/or clinicians with a trauma focus who practice IFS and/or EMDR to apply.

We are a growing and thriving outpatient group practice based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with additional offices in Lititz and York. We are hiring for both the Lancaster and York offices and are open to both full- and part-time clinicians. This is a W-2 position.

Since 1987, BHC has provided a full range of outpatient behavioral healthcare to children, adults, older adults, couples, and families, and our services include psychotherapy, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, church consultation, vocational assessment, and career counseling. Responsibilities include:

• Perform on-site, telehealth, or a blend of clinical counseling services, including conducting an initial assessment, developing a treatment plan, and implementing therapeutic interventions based on best practices

• Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to: initial psychological assessment, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge plans, coordination of care notes, and documentation of client communication

• Collaboration and consultation with outside providers as necessary.

• Maintain active licensure status, ensuring completion of all CEU’s as required by the state.

• Participate in bi-weekly team meetings and professional development opportunities, including annual required team meetings about HIPAA, fraud, waste, and abuse, diversity, and harassment in the workplace.
